The 17th edition of the Palmes de la Relation Client, organized by the Association Française de la Relation Client (AFRC), was held this year under the banner of innovation and commitment to the customer experience. This prestigious event once again rewarded companies for their bold initiatives and innovative strategies aimed at delivering an exceptional customer experience.
