TFT works on the ground in forests, farms and factories to help create products that respect the environment and improve people’s lives.
With over 16 offices worldwide and 260 employees, TFT works with a complete ecosystem of members and partners on complex global supply chain projects.
In 2016, TFT was looking for a partner to accompany it in its collaboration project, but above all to develop the uses of video and the sharing of applications at all times and thus improve everyone’s operation.
"We launched an invitation to tender and carried out a benchmark to identify the solution best suited to our cosmopolitan international organization. Our main objectives were to reduce travel, optimize time and costs, and above all achieve a better work-life balance for each employee. In the end, the two key performance indicators remain human and financial values".
Six sites on several continents were involved in the project: Nyon, Southampton, Kuala Lumpur, Jakarta, Semarang and Seattle.
"CMR Webex (Cisco Collaboration Meeting Room) combined with TelePresence SX20 Quick Set systems were chosen for their key collaboration functionalities including video, web conferencing, document sharing, audio, chat, ... Remote meetings can be organized and scheduled very simply by and for all internal collaborators and external participants whatever the preferred terminal (video terminal, pc, mobile)".
The project was entrusted to Activeo Suisse.

In the coming months, TFT will be extending the solution to all the Group's other sites to improve the ability to collaborate with all teams, members and stakeholders.
